Package #1 is available in a 1, 2 or 3 category version design. The category number is not the number of categories you can have, but rather, the number of categories that are shown on the home page and specific category pages.
You can have as many categories as you like with any of the packages, however, if you order a 2 category package and you have 6 categories in total, you will need to determine which of your 6 categories will be delegated to category 1 and which of the 6 categories will be delegated to category 2.
If in doubt, you should order a 1 category package.
